The Bloor-Line Lofts in Dufferin Grove, Toronto
The Bloor-Line Lofts are presumably named for their close proximity to Toronto’s Line 2, formerly known as the Bloor Line, of the subway. It is only a two minute walk to Lansdowne Station, perfect for getting downtown in no time.
The Bloor-Line Lofts exist in the bones of a century-old mattress factory. In 2004, Plaza refurbished the old factory into 62 hard-lofts. With only studios, one bedrooms, and one bedrooms plus dens available, each loft here is a unique mix of the old factory elements and modern updates. Bright skylights, wide plank wood floors, exposed duct work, timber beams, and exposed brick are some of the elements you’ll love here.
Studio units are under 500 square feet, one bedrooms are between 500 and 700 square feet, and one bedroom plus dens coming in over 900 and 1100 square feet. These unique layouts and charming loft features offer residents something different for hard-lofts.
