The Summit Condos King St West Toronto

The Summit on 570 Wellington are a series of townhomes as part of the three-building Summit complex along King Street West. Built in 1984, the suites are on the larger size for today’s standards.

As one of the OG’s of the King West condo scene, residents of the Summit also get access to an impressive outdoor green space, garden, and outdoor pool. The entire Summit complex takes up nearly an entire block.
