Tip Top Lofts in Downtown Toronto

Curb appeal for a loft? Tip Top Lofts has it. Not only is it eye-catching with its iconic red letter ‘Tip Top Tailors’ sign standing proudly atop its 11 storey art deco building but it has a large fountain out front. This iconic Bishop & Millers Art Deco property was built in 1920 and in 1929 became the office and warehouse of clothing retailer, Tip Top Tailors, Ltd and was designated a heritage building in 1972.

The original five-storey warehouse contains hard lofts while the additional storeys are now home to modern soft lofts, with a total of 256 lofts throughout. There are lofts for all at Tip Top Lofts with sizes as small as 394 square foot one bedrooms to three bedrooms with over 3,000 square feet of living space. Inside the lofts you’ll enjoy exposed duct work, large windows, lake views and even Fort York views. Ceilings vary in size but can reach 17 feet high in some lofts, many of which have two-storey layouts.

Amenities were not overlooked at Tip Top Lofts. Residents here have a 24 hour concierge, party and meeting rooms, BBQs, rooftop terrace overlooking Lake Ontario and a fully equipped gym with sauna.

Located along Lake Shore Boulevard just south of Bathurst Street you’re close to all of the fun of the Entertainment District while also able to enjoy Toronto’s prized waterfront. Historic Fort York is a short walk away and if oyu feel like getting out of the city you can literally walk to Billy Bishop Airport.
