The Printing Factory Lofts in Leslieville, Toronto

The Printing Factory Lofts originally stood at only three storeys when it acted as a printing press warehouse in the early 1900s. Since then it has been converted into one of Toronto’s most sought after hard lofts. The original brick warehouse along Carlaw Avenue now rises eight storeys with the addition of the five storey modern glass tower.

Through the front doors you’re greeted with a beautiful grand staircase. Inside the original warehouse portion are large live/work spaces. The two storey suites here feature their original industrial skylights. The Printing Factory Lofts feature exposed ductwork, concrete ceilings, and polished concrete floors.

Suites in the glass tower are two and three bedrooms in size. Corner units get wrap around balconies with canopy views a or skyline views, some with both. Along Boston Avenue are the stacked townhomes which come with large terraces. All suites here range from 459 to 1567 square feet.

The highly desirable Leslieville neighbourhood is home to many hard and soft lofts and with a walk score of 97, you are minutes from some of the best restaurants, shops and micro-breweries. Jump on the Queen or Dundas streetcar to get downtown in no time or go eastbound to check out Toronto’s Beaches.
